38. Austrian Women’s Run
Under the motto HERE FOR MORE, one of the world’s largest women’s running events will take place again on May 31, 2026, at the ASICS Austrian Women’s Run. Around 31,000 women and girls of all ages and fitness levels are expected in the Vienna Prater – from beginners to elite runners.
HERE FOR MORE represents the many reasons why women and girls take part in the ASICS Austrian Women’s Run: for their first run, their first 10 km, a personal best, for someone else, or simply for themselves.
For decades, the ASICS Austrian Women’s Run has uniquely combined movement, emotion, and community. It is a sporting highlight in the Vienna Prater and creates a space where women and girls can pursue their individual goals and grow beyond their limits together.
A special highlight in 2026 is once again the 10 km distance, where up to 7,000 women will also run through the Wurstelprater amusement area, creating an impressive scene in the heart of the Prater.

9:00 a.m. – Start of the 5 km run (the classic Women’s Run distance)
10:25 a.m. – Start of the 10 km run
11:05 a.m. – Start of the 5 km Nordic Walking
Virtual participation is also available.
Participants of the ASICS Austrian Women’s Run can look forward to, among other things, the official ASICS Women’s Run T-shirt, a finisher medal, a goodie bag, and a lively supporting program in the event area.
